How to import and customize
How to import an agent template
It follows the same steps of importing a new virtual agent. Follow these five steps:
1) Download the Agent Template ZIP (get the link at each template page).
2) Go to the Cockpit (home), click the button "New virtual agent", and choose the "Import" option (image below)
3) Import the ZIP file
4) Give it a name and click "Import":
5) Done! Your new virtual agent will appear on your home.
Important: Before using the virtual agent, remember to train it. Click on the blue "Train" button at the top right .
Customizing agent template
Important: to streamline your flows editing/customization, 5 to 20 utterances examples have been registered per Intent as a basic list. You can add or change them according to your business needs.
